Are these safe for food handling?

Yes. They're powder free, latex free and biocompatibility tested at FDA-approved independent labs, and they're manufactured under ISO 22000 food safety management. Blue is the conventional colour for food work because any fragment is easy to spot against food.

How is this different from Premium Black?

They're the same glove in a different colour and both are light to medium duty. Blue is the usual choice for food, medical and cleaning work where high visibility matters; black is preferred in automotive, detailing and salon work where a darker glove looks tidier and hides grease.

What size should I order?
